Matt Davis
Founder of Hacienda Mastering / Hacienda Acoustics, a Grammy-nominated mastering engineer, and studio designer based in Orlando, Florida.
Matt graduated in Music Engineering from the University of Miami and on to his Master’s in Music Technology from New York University.
He then crafted his expertise in Mastering under industry legend Bob Katz at Digital Domain.
With over a decade of professional experience, Matt has mastered music for hundreds of artists across diverse genres, consulted on studio acoustics for both home and professional spaces, and is an active educator in audio programs in Universities.
Matt is also known for pioneering the event series 'Reference Sessions' Hosted across America, featuring some record breaking sound system deployments.
He is also known for his active contributions in Room acoustics and Speaker designs and has partnered with Major Manufactureres such as PMC(U.K), Ascendo (Germany), HSD (U.S), Inent Audio (U.S), Trinnov (France).

Zak Waxman
Specializing in full-spectrum audio work including production, mixing, mastering, recording, and audio restoration.
Zak studied Music Production and Audio Engineering. He is now based in Central Florida.
He also offers sound design, music editing, DSP work, and delivers polished, commercial-quality across all musical genres.

Anirudh Sean Gonsalves
Grammy-nominated mastering engineer, Composer and Sound designer from Barkur, Udupi, India.
Graduated as a Valedictorian of Recording Arts Bachelors in Full Sail University. Eventually mentored by Matt Davis in Studio Acoustics and mastering, Sean helped prototype, build and maintain various proprietary systems and designs at Hacienda Studios.
Alongside mastering, Sean has become known for its groundbreaking Film & Documentary work which includes scoring, Sound Design, Dolby ATMOS & Surround Engineering. The multiple films have earned multiple awards and selections at prestigious festivals including Emmy Award, Telly Award, Wildscreen Panda, Cannes Film Festival, BAFTA, and Telluride Festival.
As his audio-visual project Noizbleed, his productions and collaborations have also been released on forward-thinking labels such as Noisia’s Vision Recordings, LoFreq, Saturate, High Chai, and BBC Asia, cementing his reputation as a Bass Music Artist.

ATMOS Mix Engineer
Shane Slack
A mastering engineer, audio restoration & sound specialist, and content production expert with Hacienda Audio / Mono Theory, based in Central Florida and the greater Los Angeles area.
With over 150M+ streams on his client work, Shane has mastered and engineered audio for major labels including Republic Records, Universal Music Group, UnitedMasters, Warner Chappell, RCA, and Columbia.
His work extends deeply into TV and film: notable credits include MARVEL, Ted Lasso, Umbrella Academy, and WWE NXT.
Shane holds qualifications in Sound & Music Technology from Valencia College, and has further pursued education in acoustics and multimedia specializations.
He offers a wide range of services: Dolby Atmos Engineering, mastering, audio restoration, mixing, and content production, working across genres and formats, from streaming music to cinematic and broadcast content.
