Matt Davis
Founder of Hacienda Mastering / Hacienda Acoustics, a Grammy-nominated mastering engineer, and studio designer based in Orlando, Florida.
Matt graduated in Music Engineering from the University of Miami and on to his Master’s in Music Technology from New York University.
He then crafted his expertise in Mastering under industry legend Bob Katz at Digital Domain.
With over a decade of professional experience, Matt has mastered music for hundreds of artists across diverse genres, consulted on studio acoustics for both home and professional spaces, and is an active educator in audio programs in Universities.
Matt is also known for pioneering the event series 'Reference Sessions' Hosted across America, featuring some record breaking sound system deployments.
He is also known for his active contributions in Room acoustics and Speaker designs and has partnered with Major Manufactureres such as PMC(U.K), Ascendo (Germany), Trinnov (France). Contributed to mastering gear such as the GOLY Porter Grinder

Anirudh Sean Gonsalves
Grammy-nominated mastering engineer, Composer and Sound designer from Barkur, Udupi, India.
Graduated as a Valedictorian of Recording Arts Bachelors in Full Sail University. Eventually mentored by Matt Davis in Studio Acoustics and mastering, Sean helped prototype, build and maintain various proprietary systems and designs at Hacienda Studios.
Alongside mastering, Sean has become known for its his groundbreaking Film & Documentary work which includes scoring, Sound Design, Dolby ATMOS & Surround Engineering. The multiple films have earned multiple awards and selections at prestigious festivals including Emmy Award, Telly Award, Wildscreen Panda, Cannes Film Festival, BAFTA, and Telluride Festival.
As his audio-visual project Noizbleed, his productions and collaborations have also been released on forward-thinking labels such as Noisia’s Vision Recordings, LoFreq, Saturate, High Chai, and BBC Asia, cementing his reputation as a Bass Music Artist.

Shane Slack, also known as "MONO THEORY", is a mastering engineer, immersive audio specialist, and sound production professional with over a decade of experience across music, film, television, and animationwith over 150M+ streams and GRAMMY, GoldenGlobe, BAFTA, Emmy, and Academy Award-nominated and winning productions on his portfolio.
Shane has mastered and engineered audio for major labels and artists including Republic Records, Universal Music Group, Warner Chappell, RCA, Columbia Records, SONY Music, and UnitedMasters. He handles full mixing and mastering workflows in stereo, 5.1, 7.1.4 and extended formats, working with on immersive music productions and ensuring technical precision and format compatibility across streaming, cinematic, and broadcast releases.

Jason Oisboid [Gekko]
Jason is an acoustic fabrication specialist and engineer dedicated to custom equipment design, circuit development, and acoustic system integration. He combines hands-on fabrication expertise with deep knowledge of recording, mixing, restoration, and sound design by creating and refining the tools that power professional audio production.
As a west coast integrator for Hacienda, Jason has established himself throughout the Los Angeles area as a go-to resource for studios and independent artists seeking both custom-built solutions and production support. Whether designing specialized gear, troubleshooting studio systems, or delivering finished mixes, his work reflects a commitment to sonic excellence across all genres.
